American idol 10

What is American idol without simon cowell? When i started watching season 10, i didn't know what to expect. Can idol survive without his weekly vitriol? I had the feeling that no matter what big names they have on the judges panel now, they likely can't make the impact that SC did. J Lo and Steven Tyler were great during the auditions, but come the top 13, evidently still wet behind the ears. Many times i found myself saying, 'simon would have butchered him/her'. Can you believe that randy jackson is now the voice of reason for american idol!

Anyway, i am rooting for Thia Megia this season. I was captivated by her redition of chasing pavements in Milwaukee. Ok, plus the tiny fact that she is so cute! however, knowing america, they will most probably to vote for someone i can't stand like that country kid, scott mccreery. Prove me wrong America. Pull all the stops. Show me there is indeed life after simon cowell
